This website is owned and operated by Kim Paget. Access to and use of the website, or any of its associated products or services, is provided by Kim Paget. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the website, this signifies that you have read, understood and been bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the website, or any other Services, immediately.

Kim Paget reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. If the Terms are updated, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms.

Payment

In using the purchase service to purchase the product through the website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the website for the product.

Payment of the purchase price may be made through PayPal or Stripe (the payment gateway provider).

In using the purchase services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

Products will be replaced or refunded if they are damaged in transit, within 7 days of receiving the product, and by way of email correspondence. There are no refunds for a change of mind about purchasing the product.

Postage & Delivery

All products will be sent through Australia Post and will be shipped the next business day after purchase. . Within Australia delivery times are usually 1-4 days, overseas 7-10 days. Please note due to Covid 19 delivery times are taking much longer than usual and this is totally out of my control.

How does an online reading work? - I online read through messenger in real time so we can interact together during the reading.

How do you do a chanelled painting? - I tap into your energy and paint, I will pass on any messages I receive for you whilst I am painting. As it is painted with you in mind, when you receive it, you can scry (look) into it at a deeper level, you will be surprised by what you can see yourself.

What do I need to join your course? - All you need to join one of my courses is your own Rider Waite Tarot deck, everything else is supplied for you. My courses will be advertised in advance, contact me to book your spot. I cap these courses at 10 people for an in person course and 4 people for a Zoom course.

How quickly will my items be delivered? - I post the next business day after you have ordered. Calendars and chanelled works will take longer. Calendars take a week to produce, and chanelled art takes 3 days. Postage usually takes 1-4 days within Australia, and 7 -10 for overseas. During this time delivery times may differ due to Covid 19. They are sent with tracking information.
